Module 2 I tried out that register exercise where I can feel it go from throat to mouth two sinuses and then back down. This might seem like a silly question and I haven’t got my mind around it yet but am I holding the same note but singing with a different frequency when I do that?

Not a silly question Bryan! It’s the same note but the frequency (tone) will naturally change when you move it around. You shouldn’t have to manipulate the tone, it will change on it’s own as you move it around the resonators, especially when you raise and lower your tongue. The goal is to help your body recognize what it feels like to move the vibration around. Your just getting familiar with your instrument. Similar to messing around with the tone knobs on a new guitar amp as you play the guitar. I hope that helps!

Whoa feeling the vibration on my lungs go up my back and to my head was definitely an aha moment. It was crazy too that you said it at the same time I loved that. This was such a good lesson man. The 4 registers and 3 resonators wow. Your program is unlocking my potential!
